Refraction Energy is a Calgary-based exploration and production company formed in partnership with Carnelian Energy Capital, a Houston-based energy investment firm.

Our focus is straightforward — identify and acquire quality oil and gas assets across the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin and enhance their performance through disciplined operations, efficient capital deployment, and modern technology.
